THE HUTS
The Huts is an eco bed and breakfast nestled on the hill overlooking 90 Mile Beach Te Oneroa a Tohe, and Shipwreck Bay Te Kohanga, Ahipara - home to one of the longest left handers in the world.
The Huts were built by Kelly and Adam (owner and operators of Drop In). Inspired by simple lives led by the tides, they have been hosting guests since December 2017.
Considered goods that encourage a slower pace of life and sit in the balance between that which is essential and that little something extra, are available through Drop In x The Huts.
Surf Trippin’
Situated at the most northern aspect of Aotearoa, with both east and west coasts within an hour of each other, lends itself to finding a surfable wave on most days of the week. More recently Kelly has started running wāhine surf experiences. Guided trips exploring both coasts, with two guides, a supporter, a photographer, and a chef. Maximum 6 guests.
Smaller guided experiences can be organised at shorter notice to align with surf conditions for groups of up to four.
